Think of it like the recent car scrappage scheme, but for gardeners. We call it Swappage. It means you’ll get £100 minimum part-exchange for your old lawnmower when you buy a new Honda lawnmower from our Core range and £70 when you buy a new Honda lawnmower from our Izy range..

Is Swappage right for me?

If your old lawnmower is worth less than £100, then our scheme is for you. Take it to Christchurch Powr Tools - your local Authorised Honda Dealer as part-exchange for a new Honda lawnmower.

What if my lawnmower is worth more than £100?

You won’t need Swappage, but do visit us to discuss its value and any of our other offers with you.

Does my old lawnmower have to be a Honda?

No - you can exchange any model of petrol powered lawnmower and get £100 off a shiny new Honda lawnmower in return.

  • PARTICIPANTS
    • Participants must be resident in the United Kingdom.
    • By participating in this promotion, all participants are deemed to have agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
    • This promotion is only available on purchases of the Honda Core & Izy lawnmower range, in the UK from Honda Lawn & Garden Authorised Dealers.
    • This promotion is only available in-store from participating Honda Lawn & Garden Authorised Dealers.
    • Employees of Honda Motor Europe Ltd ("Honda"), its associated companies, their families, agents and other parties directly involved with this promotion are not eligible to participate.
  • SWAPPAGE
    • The scheme entitles the participant to a minimum £100 part exchange on their old lawnmower (subject to clause 3 below) when making a purchase of a new Honda Core Range lawnmower and £70 when making a purchase of a new Izy..
    • All Swappage discounts are inclusive of VAT.
    • For the avoidance of doubt the models included in the Honda Lawnmower Core Range are HRD536QX, HRH536HX, HRH536QX, HRX426QX, HRX426SX, HRX476HX, HRX476QX, HRX476SX, HRX537HY, HRX537HZ, HRX537VY, and HRS536SD.
    • The Swappage discount is available in store only at the time and point of purchase. No alternative arrangement will be entered into.
  • HOW TO PARTICIPATE
    • Purchases must be made in in-store from a Honda Lawn & Garden Authorised Dealer within the UK during the promotional dates specified in Clause 3.2.
    • Purchases must be made during trading hours between Friday 7 May 2010 and Saturday 31 July 2010 to take advantage of this promotion. Purchases made after Saturday 31 July 2010 will not be eligible for the Swappage promotion.
    • Only one (1) claim per household may be made.
    • Subject to availability.
    • This promotion cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other promotion whatsoever.
    • Honda reserves the right to void this promotion at any time and change the terms and conditions without incurring any liability.
  • QUALIFYING TRADE IN LAWNMOWERS
    • To qualify for the scheme, the owner of the trade in lawnmower (or their spouse/partner living at the same UK address) must have owned the qualifying lawnmower for a minimum of 90 days.
    • To qualify for the Swappage discount, the qualifying trade in mower must be a working, petrol driven lawnmower.
    • To qualify the trade in model can be of any make, Honda or otherwise.
    • The value of the participant’s trade in lawnmower is at the Dealer’s discretion. No further discussion will be entered into.

  • DISCLAIMERS
    • Honda shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury of any nature howsoever caused, sustained by any participant under this promotion. However, nothing in these rules shall have the effect of excluding or restricting Honda’s liability for personal injury or death caused by the proven negligence of Honda.
    • Honda shall not be liable for any failure to fulfil this offer where such failure is caused by any supervening circumstances amounting to force majeure. Such circumstances shall include, but shall not be limited to, severe weather conditions, fire, flood, war, earthquake, riots, industrial dispute, terrorism, acts of God, supervening legislation, or events which, without the fault of either party, render performance impossible or incapable of satisfactory execution.
